Spring Chinook Salmon Trips
Spring salmon are one of the most sought-after salmon in the Northwest and across the country. They are easily considered the best eating salmon in the world, with a high fat content and perfect red flesh. They start their journey up the Columbia and Willamette Rivers in mid-March and run through the end of May. Peak runs are normally mid-April through mid-May. Come and capitalize on this incredible table fare while the season lasts!
Summer Chinook Salmon are brutes, also referred to as “June Hogs”, these fish will give you a run for your money. Bigger and more aggressive than a Spring Chinook, they are a thrill to hook into. These are primarily targeted on the Columbia River, with some occasional opportunities in the Willamette River. This season starts in June and ends July 1st. With anywhere from 50,000 to 100,000 fish returning each summer, there is ample amounts of opportunity to hook into these beasts!

Fall Chinook Salmon/Coho Salmon
Fall Chinook Salmon and Coho Salmon are by far the largest runs of Salmon in the Northwest. With Columbia River boasting runs of over a million plus fish, this is an action-packed fishery with plenty of action. The fall Chinook are big and aggressive which will make you work to get them to the boat. Coho Salmon are a bit smaller but still just as wild and aggressive, they often display crazy runs and aerobatics that are a thrill to watch. These fish are targeted on the Columbia River or on the South Coast Bays and Oceans.
